The Sitka Sound Science Center is having a silent auction on May 16-22^nd as a fundraiser for the 25th annual Sitka WhaleFest. Starting at noon on May 16^th, this auction features a large variety of unique items from generous local artists and business owners such as a hand-made quilt, signed Jack Calvin photographs, a beautiful painted buoy by Sitka Artist, Laura Kaltenstein’s as well as a kayak adventure tour, a Ludvig’s Bistro certificate, and much more. All auction proceeds will benefit the 2021 WhaleFest Nov 4^th – 7^th.  On May 22^nd to mark the close of the auction we will unveil this year Sitka WhaleFest theme.
