Behind the Scenes
The Sitka Sound Science Center hosts a program called “Behind the Scenes”, where features of the marine environment and the workings of the Science Center are explored in short evening sessions. This program is free to life-long learners and those adults in our community who have always wondered what happens at the Science Center!
Select Wednesday’s from 5:30 – 7:00 PM. Light refreshments provided!

• Go inside StarLab, a portable planetarium, to get a closer look at our solar system. Clear skies guaranteed!
• Learn how to use a telescope and practice identifying and locating planets!
