Featuring a morning adventure for pre-k students with hands on exploration of the salmon lifecycle followed by fish art prints and open admission to the aquarium.

Our pre-k program will run from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. All children must be accompanied by an adult and will learn the ins and outs of Salmon.

Fish art prints will start 11:30 am and run to 2:00 pm. We will be working with real salmon and acrylic paint so things will get messy. All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own garments for printing as well.

The aquarium will be open for the full time to all. We will also offer some prescheduled Guided Salmon Hatchery Tours throughout the day.

This is a free event to show our appreciation for all our local Sitkans. Join us Aug 10^th from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
