For this year’s Family camp, we are so excited to have Derek and Melissa Sikes leading the charge.  The Sikes are renowned entomologists, who work at UAF’s Museum of the North and are leading experts on the insects of Alaska.  Their bug camp, held annually in Fairbanks, is extremely popular, and we are so fortunate that they decided to have one here at SSSC this year.

Family Camp is a unique opportunity for adults and children to attend camp together!  “Family” can be interpreted broadly but includes an adult(s) (parent, family friend, aunt/uncle, grandparent, even older sibling) and a child/children.  For more details, or to sign up, please click here.
