Chase Coleman (he/him) supports the research and education teams with field courses, community projects, and hands-on learning opportunities. Originally from Wisconsin, Chase developed a love for nature, the outdoors (and the Green Bay Packers) from a young age, a passion that eventually brought him to Sitka and continues to shape his work. He holds a degree in marketing and has a background in project coordination, community engagement, and outdoor education. When he’s not at SSSC, you can usually find Chase birding, fishing, foraging, or doing anything that gets him outside.
