As we enter this season of thanks, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported the Sitka Sound Science Center. Whether you’ve visited us, volunteered, donated, or simply shared in our passion for science and education, your involvement helps make our work possible. 

This year, we’ve had the privilege of engaging with our community through hands-on learning experiences, mobile touch tanks, and in-depth research in the beautiful waters of Southeast Alaska. We are thankful for the opportunity to connect people of all ages with the natural world inspiring curiosity and exploration. 

None of this would be possible without your support. Thank you for helping us foster a deeper understanding of the wonders of the ocean, rivers, land, and the diverse species that call this region home. Your participation truly makes a difference, and we look forward to another year of learning, exploration, and discovery together.
