We are excited to bring back our summer Guided Tidepool Walks.  Take advantage of the amazing low tides Sitka sees during the summer and explore the wonders of our beaches with a trained interpreter.  After a brief intertidal overview, our staff will lead you down to the beach adjacent to the Science Center, and help you find all the amazing critters that call this place home. 

This week, walks are on Thursday, 5/27, at 8:30am, Friday, 5/28, at 9:00am, and Saturday, 5/29, at 9:30am.  Cost is $15/adults, $10/kids (ages 3-12), and tickets can be purchased ahead of time by visiting our homepage and clicking the Book Now button.
